Is Rally free?
Yes. Court discovery, matchmaking, scores, and your rating are free forever. Rally Pro unlocks unlimited AI coaching, advanced analytics, and priority event access.
How accurate is the AI coach?
The coach runs pose and ball tracking on the video you upload and grades against thousands of labeled rallies. It won't replace a great in-person pro — it makes the time between lessons count.
Do I need special equipment to film?
No. Any phone propped against the fence works. Rally guides the framing, and analysis runs on a single wide angle of the court.
Will my rating work at tournaments?
Rally's rating is built to line up with the standards organizers already use, so the number you carry in the app reflects the level you'll play at events.
Can my club use Rally?
Yes. Facilities get a full dashboard for court booking, ladders, leagues, and member communication. Start free and upgrade as you grow.
Which devices are supported?
Rally runs on the web today and on iPhone, Android, Apple Watch, and Wear OS as they roll out. Your account and progress sync across every one.
Account & privacy
Who can see my profile and rating?
You choose. Your display name, rating, and clubs can be public, but your email, precise location, and billing details never are. Tighten or open it up anytime in Settings.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. From Settings you can download everything Rally holds about you, or delete your account and uploaded videos entirely. Deletion is confirmed when it's complete.
Do you sell my data or my videos?
No. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't hand your rally footage to models other people benefit from without your say-so. The full details live in the Privacy Policy.

What do I get with Rally Pro?

How do I cancel, and what happens to my Pro features?
Cancel anytime from Settings, no phone call required. Your Pro features stay active through the period you've already paid for, and we never charge for the time after you cancel.

How do Rally travel and retreats work?
Browse curated, courts-included trips, book directly in the app, and get matched with a doubles partner before you land. Clinics and open play are built into the itinerary.
Can I register for a tournament through Rally?
Yes. Find events near you and register in two taps. Organizers running the event handle brackets, check-in, live scores, and payouts end to end inside Rally.
