How do I get my rating?
Answer six quick questions or film a single rally. Rally places you on the scale in minutes, then keeps your number honest as you log games.
Why can't I find courts near me?
Make sure location access is on for Rally, then widen your search radius in the map filters. If a court you know is missing, tell us from the contact page and we'll add it.
How do I upload a video to the coach?
Prop your phone against the fence, capture one wide angle of the court, and upload from the Coach tab. Rally handles framing tips and the analysis runs in seconds.
How do I upgrade or cancel Rally Pro?
Open Settings, then Plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime — Pro features stay active through the period you've already paid for.
Can I run my club on Rally?
Yes. Facilities get a dashboard for booking, ladders, leagues, and member messaging. Start free and grow into the paid tools as your club does.
