The deal between you and Rally, in language you can actually follow. Use the app, play fair, and here's what you can count on from us.
Rally is a demonstration product, and these terms are a plain-English template rather than legal advice. They set out the basics of using Rally so everyone knows where they stand.
By creating a Rally account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but you won't be able to use Rally.
If you're using Rally on behalf of a club, facility, or organization, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for them.
You need to be at least 13 to use Rally, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account.
Give us accurate information and keep it current. If you spot unauthorized use of your account, tell us right away so we can help you lock it down.
Rally is a community. Play fair: don't harass other players, fake your rating, scrape our data, break the app, or use it for anything illegal.
You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service out of Rally, and you may not upload content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that put other players or the platform at risk.
You own the videos, scores, and posts you create. By uploading them, you give us the limited license we need to store, process, and show them so Rally can do its job — analyze your game, update your rating, and share what you choose to make public.
You're responsible for what you upload. Keep it lawful and respectful, and only share footage you have the right to share.
Rally's core features are free. Rally Pro is a paid subscription billed through your app store or card on file, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from Settings; your Pro features stay active through the end of the period you've paid for. We'll always tell you before a price changes, and we don't charge for the period after you cancel.
Rally is provided as-is. Coaching feedback and ratings are informational — helpful, but not a guarantee of results, and no substitute for a doctor before you push your body on court.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as Rally grows. If we make a material change, we'll post it here and, when it matters, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Rally after that means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using Rally and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, and we'll act reasonably when we do.
